Can I change my billing account in Bankline?

A:

Your billing account is set at registration and you'll need to tell us in writing at Bankline.Administration@rbs.co.uk  if you want to change it.

To do this you'll need to be an administrator and the email must come from your registered email address on Bankline. 

You'll need to include details of both your new and old billing accounts along with your Customer ID and company name.
