A:

These steps may vary slightly depending on the version of Firefox you’re using.

To check your TLS settings and enable TLS 1.2 (or higher) in Firefox:

  1. Open Firefox
  2. In the browser address bar, write ‘about:config’ and press Enter
  3. Write ‘tls’ in the search field and press Enter
  4. Find and double click the entry for security.tls.version.max
  5. Set the security value to 4, this will enable the latest TLS version
  6. Click ‘OK’
  7. Close your browser and restart Firefox

If you can't access or change these settings you may not have the required privileges on your network or computer, please refer to your business’s IT support team for assistance.
