I don't have the payment reference, what should I do?

A:

We suggest you do an Advanced search and select ‘Search by payment type / payment status’, then:

  1. Enter a date range that includes the input date of the payment you’re searching for.
  2. Choose either option two (beneficiary/originator name) or option four (user ID).
  3. Select Search.
  4. A list of all payments meeting the search criteria will now be visible.
