Q:

How do I find a payment I've made in Bankline?

A:

You can search for any payment that was made in the past six months.

If you're looking for a payment you've made from a bulk list or template, you can find it by simply clicking 'view payment' within the template or bulk list.

If you're looking for a single payment you've made from scratch, here are the steps to take:

1.  Select 'Payments' followed by 'Search payments' in the sub-menu.

2.  Under 'Option 2', select ‘Advanced search’ on the bottom right-hand side of the box.

3.  In 'Step 1' enter a date range. The maximum range is 30 days.
(It might help to leave payment type and status options as ‘All’ and change ‘Payment date type’ to ‘Date payment to arrive’.)

4. Fill in the details for one of the options in 'Step 2'.
(Another Tip! - the easiest fields to complete are either ‘Option 1 - Payment amount’ or ‘Option 4 – User ID.)

5. Hit ‘Search’ at the bottom of the page.

You should now be able to see the payment. You can select the reference of the payment if you want to see the full details.

Just so you know, you can only search for payments that have been made in the past six months.
