Why can’t I see all the payments awaiting release on the Release payments screen?

A:

In Release payments, you'll only see the payments that you individually are able to release. This depends on your user privileges and the accounts you have access to. Your administrator can check or alter these privileges for you.

You can view all the payments by going to the Payment summary screens and clicking the Awaiting release link.
