I can see a redirected payments option in my left hand menu but there is no data provided when I click on it. What is this redirected payments screen used for?

The redirected payment screen supports the Current Account Switch Service launched by the Payments Council. A key element of this service is the redirection of payments that have been sent to an old account.

This screen will display any of your Standard domestic payments that have been redirected to a beneficiaries’ new account in the last six months. It provides you with all the information needed to help you take appropriate action.
