How do I update beneficiary details following a payment redirection?

A:

From the Redirected Payments screen users with the appropriate privilege can select the relevant bulk list beneficiary id or template reference hyperlink to complete the update process. The new account details will be pre-populated.

You can also update beneficiary account details in the usual way using Manage Bulk Lists or Manage Templates. Please note that you would need to insert the new account details yourself.

If you import payments from your accounting system, or store the account details offline please ensure that these records are also updated.
