I have received a payment redirection broadcast message, but when I view the redirected payments screen, no new payments are displayed

A:

When a payment is redirected, a broadcast message will be presented to all users with the ability to view payments.

However no payment information would be displayed if the payment was made from either:

1) an account that you do not have access to.

Or

2) a confidential bulk list and you do not have the privilege to view payments made from confidential bulk lists.
