Which payments are included in the Payment summary?

A:

When you first view the Payment summary you'll see payments for all users within your organisation. At this stage, account privileges and user authorisation limits are not taken into account and the number of payments awaiting authorisation is for all users, not for you alone.

As you drill down to the underlying payment list, account privileges and user authorisation limits come into effect, so you may then see less payments than shown on the first screen.
