A payment was showing as processing but is now showing as expired, has the payment been made?


If you have a payment that was showing as being processed but changed to expired without any other status updates the payment may still have been made.

Payments that remain in a processing status for an extended period mean that it may not be possible to show the payments final status and is therefore reported as expired.

To confirm the final status of your payment you will need to contact the Bankline Helpdesk who can check this for you.
