Your selected question

Q:

Why is the rate on my autobooked foreign exchange deal different from the rate I saw before I authorised my payment?

A:

The rate initially quoted is just an indication. Bankline can't book your deal until you have authorised and, if applicable, released your payment. By this time the exchange rate may have changed.

For future dated payments the deal is not actually booked until the date the payment needs to be sent.
