How do I view errors on incomplete payment and transfer instructions?

A:
  1. Click on the underlined numerical value in the Volume column for payment or transfer instructions with an ‘Incomplete’ status.
  2. To select a single payment or transfer instruction, click on the value in the Payment ref column. (For multiple records, click on the check box in the left-hand column for each record you want to see, then select View.) If you have the ‘Maintain payments’ privilege you can also click on Edit payment details. To view the errors, click on Save payment as incomplete or Confirm changes.
