What are individual payment authorisation limits and how do I set them?

A:

This is an additional security measure that allows you to control the maximum amount individual users may authorise for all payment types.

To set a payment authorisation limit:

  1. In the Administration section, go to Manage users.
  2. Select a user from the list.
  3. In the Payments limit section, check the 'Payment authorisation limit' box, enter the amount, then confirm the changes.
  4. The payment authorisation limit will be shown on the Create user - Confirmation screen and Authorise user screen. You'll need your smartcard to authorise the change.
