I've lost my Smartcard / Smartcard reader how can I get a replacement?

A:

To order a replacement Smartcard or replacement card reader; you will need to contact your Bankline adminstrator who can do this for you.

There is no charge for the replacement.

If you have lost your card reader you can use another users if available, you will still need to have your individual Smartcard.

If you have lost your Smartcard you will need to wait until you receive a new card, you cannot use the card of another user.
