Q:

What is ‘Expected next message time’ in the Account Service Agreement screen?

A:

Next end of day update (MT940) shows when we expect the next MT940 statement from the account-owning bank. If the statement doesn't arrive by the time stated, this may prevent a sweeping / topping proposition from being calculated. You will therefore see an ‘Error' status in the ‘Balance Status' column of the Balance Reporting screen in View Balances.

Next intra-day update (MT942) shows when we expect the next MT942 statement from the account-owning bank. If the statement doesn't arrive by the time stated, we will warn you when the sweeping / topping proposition is calculated. You will also see an ‘Error' status in the ‘Balance Status' of the Balance Reporting screen in View Balances.

Account update request shows when we are due to send out the next scheduled Account update request (MT920) to the account-owning bank.

Global Liquidity only ‘expects' account updates if Intra-day updates (MT942) have been requested the required number of hours prior to cut-off.
