What is ‘Dual authorisation’?

A:

This means that two users with the relevant privileges are required to authorise sweeping / topping transactions to or from the Satellite account.

You can use dual authorisation in conjunction with single authorisation, as long as dual authorisation has a higher threshold amount.

You can also specify dual authorisation only, in which case no one user can authorise a transaction, and any transactions below the threshold will be processed straight through.

The Dual authorisation threshold amount only applies where dual authorisation has been selected. If a sweeping or topping transaction has the status ‘Awaiting Authorisation' or ‘Awaiting Second Authorisation' and is not authorised prior to the displayed cut-off time, the transaction will be automatically removed.
