How do I request an account update (MT920)?

A:

Either:

  1. In the Global Liquidity section, select View balances.
  2. Select the relevant underlined cleared balance to display the Account transactions screen. (If no balances are underlined, click Expand all).
  3. Click Request Account update from the Account details panel.
  4. Choose which type of update you want. Click Confirm update.

Or:

  1. In the Global Liquidity section, select Manage sweeping / topping transactions.
  2. Select the relevant transaction reference to display the Transaction detail screen.
  3. Click on Request update alongside the cleared balance.
  4. Choose which type of update you want. Click Confirm update.

Either way, you should receive your statement within 15 minutes.
