How can I contact my customer service team?

If you can't find the answer to your question within the support articles and you have an account specific enquiry or query you can contact your customer service team.

Corporate and commercial customers

If you're a corporate customer, please contact your usual customer service team.

If you're a commercial customer you can contact us on:

You can also email the team at: commercial.emails.cs&obolton@rbs.co.uk

They'll try to respond on the same day for emails sent before 5pm, Monday to Friday.

The team are available Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm for emails and calls.
