Can I change my PIN and password?

A:

If you know your existing PIN and password, but you want to change them, just follow the steps below.

  1. Start by logging in using your current PIN and password. On the next page, which confirms your identity and the last time and date you logged in, select the link 'Change PIN/Password'.
  2. Enter your new PIN in the first box, then again in the second box to confirm.
  3. Enter your new password in the next box, then once again to confirm.
  4. Select 'Next' to continue.

Choose a PIN and password that'll be easy for you to remember. You can check out our rules for setting a new PIN and password.
