Q:

Why can't I see the Forgotten PIN/Password link on the Bankline login screen?

A:

The 'Forgotten PIN/Password link' only appears on the second login screen, after you've already entered your Customer ID and User ID.

If you can't see it, or it's not working as a link, you'll need to ask your Bankline administrator to reset your PIN and password for you.

Handy tip: make sure you log in to Bankline via www.rbs.co.uk/bankline
