What's a User ID?

Your unique Bankline User ID identifies you as the user on an account. You'll need it each time you log in.

It's up to 10 characters long and can contain letters, numbers or both. You'll have received it in a welcome email or from your Bankline administrator when you were set up on Bankline.

It's important to double check you've entered your User ID accurately in the right box to log in successfully.

If you've forgotten or don't know your User ID, please contact your Bankline administrator. This is the person who looks after Bankline in your organisation. Help identifying your Bankline administrator

If you don't know who your administrator is and you need to access Bankline urgently, click 'Message us' and ask to speak to an adviser.

You'll also need your Customer ID to log in, you can find out more about this here.

Are you looking for Online Banking?

If you've got a 10 digit 'Customer Number' that's made up of your date of birth and four more digits, you need Digital Banking, rather than Bankline. You can find it here.
