I'm being asked to scan a QR code to log in, but I don't have a QR card reader. What should I do?

A:

We'll have sent QR card readers to the administrator on your Bankline profile. The first thing to do is check with them to see if they have a card reader for you. How do I identify my Bankline administrator?

For a short period, you can still continue to log in using characters from your PIN and password. To do this, click 'Continue' on the pop up message on the log in screen, and then click 'log in with PIN and password' at the bottom of the page.

It's important to speak with your administrator or request a new card reader as soon as possible though, as this option won't be available long term.
