Changes to the Bankline login pages

A:

On Sunday 10th November 2019, the look and feel of the Bankline login screen changed. This was an official change, and the login process remains exactly the same. 
You’re still able to login with the same credentials that you currently use.

This is a part of our preparations for PSD2 and your login experience will remain the same for now. We’ll let you know when you’ll need to log in using the new QR readers.

Remember, we'll never ask you for your full pin and password to log in. As before, we'll just ask for your Customer ID, User ID, three random digits from your PIN and three characters from your password.
