What’s the Bankline audit and how do I use it?

A:

The Bankline audit gives you a record of actions carried out by users on your Bankline profile in the last six months. If you need audit information that's older than 6 months, but within 7 years, you can contact the Bankline helpdesk.

By clicking ‘Audit’ from the left hand menu you can use the various filters (including dates and users) to help find what you are looking for.

Once you’ve done this, click ‘Search’ at the bottom right where you’ll be taken to the search results. If you want to look into the detail of these records or information on what’s been changed, you can click the item under the final column of the table titled ‘Target Value’.
