How do I withdraw consent I’ve given to an AISP TPP?

A:

You can withdraw consent from an AISP TPP at any time.

 To withdraw a consent:

  1. Select ‘Administration’ from the left hand menu, then ‘Third Party consents’.

  2. This will open the ‘Manage Third Party Provider consents’ page.

  3. Select ‘Manage consents’, this will open in a new window.

  4. Log in using your Bankline details.

  5. Once you’ve logged in, select the consent you want to withdraw to view more details.

  6. To withdraw the consent, select ‘Withdraw consent record’. You’ll then need to confirm that you want to withdraw this consent.

Once you’ve confirmed, this withdrawal of consent will be completed immediately. 

Withdrawing consent means we’ll no longer send any more data to the TPP, but it won’t remove any data already shared with them.

Consent for a payment through a PISP TPP is only valid for that particular transaction and expires once the transaction has been executed.
