What are the fields on the 'Exclude international accounts' screen?

A:

If you need to exclude a currency account from being accessed on Bankline, you'd need to

  • Select 'Administration', then 'Register accounts' and 'Exclude accounts'.

  • Select 'International accounts'.

  • Now complete the details as shown in the example below.

  • Now hit 'Continue' and 'Confirm exclusion'.

RBS format

Customer Key – this is the full international account name (RBSFFFF-USDC).
Currency – this is the currency of the international account: the letters that come after the ‘-' not including the last letter (USD).
Suffix – this is the last letter of the international account name, which identifies the type of account. (C).

NatWest format

Currency – this is the currency of the international account: the first three numbers of the international account name (140). 
Account type 
– this is the code that identifies the type of account: the fourth and fifth numbers of the international account name(01). 
Account number 
– this is the eight numbers at the end of the international account name (01111111).
