How do I update a Bankline user's email address?

A:

An administrator can do this by following the steps below:

  1. In the 'Administration' section, select 'Manage Users'.

  2. Select the relevant User ID.

  3. This opens the 'Edit User' screen, where you'll see the existing user's details, including the email address field.

  4. Enter the user’s new email address (you can type over the existing one).

  5. Select 'Continue' then 'Confirm'.

  6. You'll need to approve this change with your Smartcard.

It's a good idea to make sure that all email addresses for the Bankline users in your organisation are kept up to date. We'll use these whenever someone needs to reset their PIN and password.
