How do I re-instate a user who entered their PIN or password incorrectly?

A:

If a user has entered their PIN or password incorrectly, but they know the correct details, an administrator can re-instate them.

  1. From 'Administration' select 'Manage Users'.

  2. Click on the relevant User ID.

  3. Select `Re-instate User'. The user will now be able log in to the system using their existing PIN and password.

Handy hint: the user status on the 'Manage Users' screen needs to be disabled for this option to be available.
