How often do I need to change my PIN/password?

A:

Your administrator decides how often you need to change your password.

They can amend the password expiry time from the list of options in the 'Customer Details' section under 'Administration'. Bankline will prompt you when it's time for a password change.

Bankline will never prompt you to change your PIN. You'll only change your PIN voluntarily, or when you've been locked out and need an activation code to get back in.
