How do I update my personal details?


To change your personal details in Bankline, contact your local Bankline administrator.

If you're an administrator:

  1. In the 'Administration' section, select 'Manage Users'.

  2. Choose the 'User ID' in question.

  3. Make the changes then hit 'Continue' and 'Confirm changes'.

When you've done that, go to 'Smartcard Authorisation' and follow the onscreen instructions to authorise this change.
