How do I get my activation code?

A:

We send all activation codes by email. Please make sure we have your up to date email address in Bankline.

If you can't see the email, don't forget to check your junk folder just in case. If you still haven't received it, you'll need to speak to your Bankline administrator.

Tip for administrators:

Once we've sent out an activation code to a user, their user status will change to 'activation code issued'.
