Can I change the details on an account?

A:

You can change certain detail about an account on Bankline.

You can set an account to confidential status to restrict other user's access and you can alias:

  1. In the Administration section, select Manage accounts.
  2. Click on the relevant Account ID.
  3. Check the 'Confidential' box or enter the alias you want to use.
  4. Click continue then confirm the changes.

If you want to change your account name or any other details please contact your Relationship Manager.
