To manage the 'Automated PIN/Password reset' setting you'll need administration privileges.

To turn the setting on or off:

  1. In the 'Administration' section, select 'Customer details'.

  2. Select the title of the first box, which is 'Customer details'.

  3. Change 'Automated PIN/Password reset' to either ‘Yes' or 'No' and select 'Confirm'.

  4. Hit 'Update'.

If you have Smartcard authorisation enabled you'll need to approve this change with a Smartcard and card reader.
