How do I set or change a payment limit for my organisation?

A:

You'll need to have administration privileges to carry out this action.

1. In the 'Administration' section, select 'Customer details'.

2. Select 'Payment limits'.

From here, you’ll be able to view and change the following payment limits:

3. Amend your limit settings for the limits you want to change (remember to tick the check box where present, as well as entering a value.)

4. Click ‘Confirm’ and ‘Update’.

5. Go to 'Smartcard Authorisation' and follow the onscreen instructions to authorise your changes.

If Dual Administration is switched on, you’ll need a second administrator to confirm these changes.
