How do I remove Dual administration?

A:

You'll need the relevant administrative privileges to do this.

You'll also need to make sure any outstanding 'Dual administration' changes are authorised or cleared before you can edit the settings. 

  1. In the 'Administration' section, select 'Customer details'.
  2. In the first panel 'Customer details' select 'Dual administration settings'.
  3. Here you can either select 'Edit privileges subject to Dual administration' to set which actions require dual administration. Or you can change the 'Dual administration setting' to 'On' or ‘Off' for all administrative actions and select 'Confirm'.
  4. Select 'Update'.
  5. Depending on your existing dual administration settings, you may need a second administrator to   approve this
