What does this message mean? ‘There are Dual administration transactions currently outstanding against this customer.’

A:

If you have outstanding 'Dual administration' transactions, you won't be able to change the dual administration settings until they're completed. This is because we must honour the administration settings in place when those transactions were created.

To authorise the change a second authoriser must go to 'Authorise change' in the 'Administration' menu, or to remove the changes go to 'Abandon change'.
