Q:

Why can't I see the country I'm looking for in the list of destination countries when making an international payment?

A:

The list of destination countries for your organisation's Bankline profile is controlled by your local Bankline administrator. You'll need to ask them to make any amendments.

If you're the administrator, you can amend the list yourself. From 'Administration' select 'Customer details' then select the title of the second onscreen box, 'Payment preferences'.

Scroll down to 'Destination countries' and hit 'Country search', then select the countries you want to be able to make payments to. Now, hit 'Confirm twice', then 'Update'. Finally, you'll need to authorise this with your Smartcard.

Where you're making changes to destination countries, we strongly advise that you don't make any other changes at the same time.
