What's the 'Dual authorisation threshold' and how do I set or change it?

You'll need administrative privileges to make the following changes.

This is the amount above which 'Dual authorisation' applies. Any payments above this limit will need to be approved by two authorisers.

It's set to no limit by default, so no payments will need dual authorisation until you change it. To make changes:

  1. From 'Administration' select 'Customer details'.

  2. Select the heading of the third box, 'Payment limits'.

  3. Tick the Dual authorisation threshold box, then enter the amount you want and hit 'Confirm'.

  4. Now hit 'Update'.
  5. You'll need to authorise this with your Smartcard and a second administrator.
