How do I check if an expected payment has been received?

A:
  1. In the Account information section, select View account statement or View account balance.
  2. Select the relevant account by clicking on the underlined Account ID.
  3. Click on Search transactions.
  4. Enter the relevant search criteria and click Search.

Alternatively, if you have the relevant privileges, you can check by viewing the Payment Summary screen.
