When a transaction is due into or out of our account on a Monday, why does it no longer show on the previous weekend’s statement?

A:

From 13 January 2018, we’ve changed the way we process these types of transactions. The transaction won’t show on your statement until the Monday, or the next working day after a bank holiday.

It’s worth considering whether this affects your approach to having sufficient funds in your accounts to cover any scheduled transactions, to make sure payments go out on time and unnecessary charges are avoided.
