How do I change the account ID to show the alias?

A:

To show your account alias, you'll need to make a change to your administration settings. Only Bankline administrators are able to do this. 

  1. Go to 'Administration', then 'Customer details'.
  2. In the top box, select the title 'Customer Details'.
  3. You'll then see the 'Account identifier' setting, which you can then change to 'Alias (which you can configure)'. 
  4. Select 'Confirm', then 'Update'. 
  5. Then use your Smartcard to authorise the change.
